الصفة تستخدم لوصف الاسم والضمير وتعطي معلومات إضافية عن الفاعل كما شرحنا سابقا فعليك مراجعة أجزاء الكلام في اللغة الإنجليزية
فاليوم سنتناول أنواع الصفات في اللغة الإنجليزية
Types of adjectives أنواع الصفات
✿ Descriptive or quality adjectives الصفات الوصفية
Ex
A fast car.
A red pen.
An old house.
An easy exam.
✿ Demonstrative adjectives صفات محددة
Are this, these, that, those.
Ex
This train will take us to Milano.
That is a white cat.
These are beautiful rings.
Those are large trees.

✿ Possessive adjectives صفات الملكية
Like: his, her, our, my,...
Ex
Anna lost her ring.
John took his T-shirt.

تتضمن الصفات العددية نوعين
Cardinals أساسية: one, two, third,...

✿ Quantitative adjectives صفات كمية
هي صفات تظهر كمية أي شيء
Ex
She ate much chocolate.
He didn't read any newspapers.
I had some milk.
There is enough sugar.

✿ Distributive adjectives صفات توزيعية
تستخدم لوصف اسم فرد أو شيء منفصل عن مجموعة أو شيء يمتلكه كل فرد
Are each, every, either, neither.
Ex
Each man had a gun.
Every man had a gun.
You can take either side.
You should take neither side.
✿ Interrogative adjectives صفات استفهامية
وهي الكلمات الاستفهامية التي نقوم بسؤال بها وأشهرها
وهي للسؤال بشكل عام What
للاختيار من بين عدة أشياء which

What is your address?
